Rifle Scopes Steiner S1 Reticle

What is the general opinion of this reticle? I was looking at the Steiner scopes, and their varminter series has this. I have not seen it in person, but think that it may be a useful reticle, but then again, maybe not.

Any experiences?

This reticle is based off of the Burris E1 reticle so you may ask for opinions on that ret as well. That should get you more replies. If you give that scope a shot we will be here if you need us.
