Truly sad to see that, but the man lived long and raced in a time when men died young more often than not.

Lord Moss ran 66 F1 races. He won 16 and was on the podium for a total 24 times. That is an incredible record for a relatively short F1 career.
And yes, as stated above, he survived a time when survival was rare in F1.
