It looks like part of the reason for sticky alerts when I don’t have any visible notifications in the list is people on my ignore list replying to watched threads. I’ve confirmed that I get sticky alerts, but don’t see them in the list, when I go to watched threads and choose to see ignored posters.

Thoughts on fixes:
- Don’t alert if ignored person posts on watched thread
- Clear the notifications list when the list is clicked on, instead of each alert (which is the way it used to be)
