Hello, I'm looking for caliber options for a Tac 300 Stiller. Has anyone replaced the bolt face to other calibers? Is it possible?

Replacing the bolt face isn't possible. A good gunsmith could open up a standard face to magnum. To really switch between you would need to replace the entire bolt. I would recommend you get a Big Horn Orgin to replace boltheads.
I only have 1 magnum rifle. If I was building on a standard long action Tac 300 I would build a 280 AI. It is a very efficient cartridge that uses a standard bolt size. Has great barrel life and velocities and an extra round in the magazine vs a magnum.
