Stiller TAC300 vs. Curtis Axiom

Neither of those and get a Bighorn.

If you’re set on those two actions, then the Stiller.
I potentially have opportunity to get either slightly used. So didn't want to tap into a BNIB action price for the little use it'll get

I am not a fan of my Stiller... it is sticky tight... STICKY tight.. I have ran that som-bitch for two years and am about to run diamond grease through it...

The bottom slide lug is just too sharp
I have heard about this. Some people saying that their actions haven't smoothed out after even 2000 rounds, thats crazy

Mainly asking between the 2 in the title

You came to the forum to ask for opinions on 2 specific actions.
Respectfully, the fact that you have not been inundated with opinions should relay to you the general lack of enthusiasm for either of your choices.

If you are looking for a thumbs up for either, any responses you do get are going to be a very small sample of this forum's user base with the vast majority running other brands.

Understand there may be a lack of enthusiasm in the 2. But I was inquiring on the 2 specifically. I understand bighorn is where I should go but at the time I am between the 2

The curtis only had 2 out of 3 lugs making contact, and just had sharp edges everywhere on and in it. The other thing, which might be important on your 300wm, that action only has .450" of thread tenon on barrel. Not very much, id prefer more than that for a 308 bolt face cartridge. On a magnum like you're planning, that seems like a bad idea.
