Stock / CDI Bottom metal question?

I looked at a Stock for sale, question is if it has been inletted for CDI bottom metal, will this stock accept standard Remington BDL floorplate metal?
Or would you have to buy the CDI to use the stock?

you could ask jeff at cdi, if the inlet would match the factory BDL foot print

You could probably fill the open area with bedding compound and use the bdl bottom metal, but that said, what a mess. Just give Jeff a call. The guy is top notch in the industry. I have several of his bottom metal units and he is just excellent to deal with.
