Stock Purchase Help Needed

I liked the T7 I saw recently. Comb high enough, Palm swell not out of control, grip not extended beyond what I need, fore end did not raise an issue. Proprietary and They wont sell me one.
\ What should I be looking at. Its for an 7-08 Lr. project.
