Stock with cast and cant adjustments ?

Has anybody ever come across a military issue rifle (bolt or semi auto) that came with a factory stock that had adjustable cast and cant adjustments like the Elesio stock pictured below that fits an AR ? Here is an article that explains cast and cant adjustments.

The AMU may have a few target rifles with adjustments but never anything like that was general issue. Their Anschultz 22s have something similar. Too many things to go wrong for a combat weapon
