Stripped receiver thread please help!!!

Hey guys, made a dumbass move and stripped the front thread hike on my action. And I have a PRS match this weekend. I've checked every auto parts and Home Depot but they don’t have/carry 1/4x28tpi bolts.

My question is, if I take the loss on the match this weekend and send the action back to Curtis Customs to get it fixed, will they helicoil it or is there some other way they could fix it?

Or should I helicoil it myself to a different thread pitch? I have m6x1.0 which is sort of similar.

Is it the action or the bolt?
If it's the action, let Chad fix it.
If it's the bolt, Ace hardware or any fastener sales place will have 1/4×28
