So I was going to replace the rail with a 20 MOA rail on my T3x CTR. Everything was coming out as planned. I mean this takes no brains to do. Stuck the torx bit into a screw and it immediately started slipping. It’s like it was stripped from the factory. I tried and tried to get it out. Finally just wound up getting a drill bit the size of the screw head and drilled it out. I was hoping to pull the rail off and then grab the rest with a pair of pliers/vise grips and turn it out. Thought I had it whipped when I pulled off the rail and then I saw there was barely any threads sticking out. Nothing I have will get a grip on this. What next? Never dealt with this before. I’m doing research now but figured I’d post here before I found something myself. Thanks!
