Struggling to trim 223 on Henderson

I have been trying to use my Henderson trimmer to knock out a big batch of 223 ammo but am struggling. I cannot get the brass to sit straight in the collet and it will not slip over the pilot. I trim 6br, 6cm, and 6.5x284 all the time and have no issues.

Anyone else had this issue?

It slides on ok. The case is significantly misaligned...like half a pilot off. It's not like it is very close to sliding on but just won't go on all the way.

Sometimes I find a slight misalignment is corrected by running the brass up to the pilot, giving a quarter or half twist looser so that the brass slips over the pilot, and re-tightening the handle before performing the cut.

Fixed it...I disassembled the whole collet again and cleaned it out. Seems there was a chunk of something stuck in there
