Having owned a Cronus BTR, and Razor GEN II, I'm looking for a budget scope based on glass ONLY.

Weight... Doesn't matter
Clicks... Don't matter
Illumination... Doesn't matter
Tracking... Mostly irrelevant. Will hold 100% of the time after zeroing; only 600yd max plinking gun.

I've also had multiple Sightron SIIIs / S-Tacs. I felt the glass is good, but reticles are a bit too fine.
The only one in this poll that I've looked through is the SHV 5-20, but it was inside the store, so not too, too useful.

Obviously, none of these will hold me back at that close of a distance, but it never hurts to just enjoy the view.

It's my understanding that the Burris veracity and xtr2 use the same glass, at least that's what a Burris rep told me. If I could have gotten a 5x25 xtr2 for sub $900 I would probably own one.
