subsonic 30BR

I searched and didn't find much.
I am looking for any helpful info or experiences when loading 30BR and 240gr SMK in a 8 twist barrel, subsonic loading only.

I can always guess at a powder and charge weight, but thought I would ask first, while I still have all 10 digits.
