Gunsmithing Suggestions for Refinishing

Just had a Win. 94 given to my son, found behind some filing cabinets after several years of dust & rust accumulation. Should make a decent back-up rifle for walking the woods here on the farm. I'd like to have it refinished for him (either blasted or polished first), and get it back ASAP. Nothing fancy, just a durable black, dark green, etc. finish. He doesn't much care for the lighter colors, and I don't have the time or inclination to attempt it my self.

Simple and economical ideas are wanted, along with some honest recommendations as to who has a relatively short turn-around time. I can disassemble the metalwork from the wood, send the complete rifle, or just the barreled-receiver and other external parts to be refinished. Anyone want to help with some ideas?

The Cerakote looks good, I have that finish on a few of my bolt-guns. Stands up well to wear, etc., but I didn't do the work.
I haven't spent much time on the forums lately, so I'm a bit out of touch. Any suggestion as to who can squeeze-in another refinishing job?
