Looking for suggestions. What optic solution would give low magnification (4x) but still be very light weight?? Would like a ranging reticle if possible. Price of say $500 or less.
For no reason other than "WTF Why Not?" My buddy and I are building a couple of AR rifles with the goal of seeing how light we can make them. Calvary Arms lowers, Bushmaster carbon uppers, stainless fluted thin profile barrels, JP low mass carrier and buffer.. etc..
I was going to mount a Larue IronDot but now thinking I might want low magnification.
