Suggestions on picatiny ball head

I’ve been using a hog saddle successfully but recently fiddled with a tripod utilizing a picatiny rail connection. It had a quick release tab allowing easy and quick access in and out of the tripod as well as a super steady platform.

Any suggestions on what’s been working for you guys that doesn’t break the bank ?

We sell all our ballheads with no clamp versions and you can add the SC-LR to it which grabs onto picatinny and dovetail.

Our Anvil-30 ballhead also grabs onto picatinny and dovetail as well.

Don't you guys make a "Leveling base" of some sort that'll pan and tile 15ish degrees?

We do, but doesn’t grab on to Picatinny.....at the moment.

You would have to use our NATO Dovetail for use together with Picatinny

I have one of these and the drawback is the single 1/4 hole to mount it to an arca plate. I asked if they would make a mount for that lever that just had the arca or rrs dovetail made into it. Never heard back. I keep saying I'm gonna go by the local machine shop and have them make a few for me.

Fwiw, I used that screwed into a leveling base. Held my 15lb rifle at the end of the handguard and it didnt move. It was also attached to a polymer picitinny rail, not metal. And the rifle is a desert tech so all of the weight was behind the clamp point. It's solid.
