Sunday PRS type Matches around Utah/SL area

So im moving to UT in a few days and while Saturdays are packed with matches, Sundays are somewhat lacking in action. I will be working Saturdays and want to bang steel competitively on Sundays so for those of you stomping on the beehive state...any ideas?

Any matches on Sundays? Anything? Even local local small matches?
