Super Performance Powder in 223 loads

Is there any load data for 223's using Hodgdon Superperformance power? I was going to try to load some using 69gr Sierra match bullets for my AR. It has a 24" heavy barrel with a 1-8" twist. Some say that the burn rate is to slow. I thought I read something a wile back that it is close to same burn rate as BL-C(2). I got a good deal on 2 lbs of the powder and was going to load some for my 22-250 ackley and thought I would give the 223's a try with it also. Just wondering if anyone has used it and how it performed, thanks

There is no published load data for that powder for use with 223.
