It is mostly referred to (as I have seen it) as Tubb's Final Finish (it is David Tubb's company). If you run a search with that in mind, you'll probably get some addt'l hits and I am sure that some folks will provide you with info in this thread as well.

I used it in a rough 6.5x284 barrel. I noticed after I had used the system, my barrel fouling was significantly lessened. I was pleased with my results.
