Supporter status disappeared again.

I’m supposed to be subscribed to Supporter status. The purchase page still list it as purchased. But it’s no longer active and there is no way I can renew it, when the page says purchased. I sent a support email, but never received a reply. This has happened in the past.

Whenever you sign in from a different network other than the one that SH is familiar with based on your history/cache, it sends a verification email. If you open that and click on the link, it will redirect you to SH, close it and re-login after that, your status should be back.

It didn’t used to be like this but the most recent platform update changed that.
