Thread adapters cost a good bit to make because they had an ID and OD thread, flats, and close tolerances. That means 2-3 operations, and the parts are probably going to be limited run parts so you are dealing with design and CNC programming charges without a lot of units to amortize them over.

+1 on ksville, he makes some great shit!! I have a few of his adapters and they work perfectly. I had him also make me a 3/4x24 to the 5/8x24. Plus he is very prompt to answer any questions.
