Am I reading this right? They can't leave the City with their guns? Or maybe if they leave, they can't return with the gun?

I don't see this as a major 2A case , compared to Heller or McDonald, but it is a small test to check the veracity of the new court.

What is even bigger is regardless of the result it will solidify to the "Dems" what may happen if Ginsberg leaves the SCOTUS.
