As ugly as they are they seem to be pretty popular. Are they one of the best or just trendy?

Re: surefire muzzlebreak

They are very effective, that being said there are others that are even more effective. The muzzle brake also serves as an adapter for a surefire suppressor which is one of the best on the market. The muzzle brake will last for a very long time on various barrels and is very resiliant to muzzle blast erosion. It is also one of the easiest to remove which is accomplished with a 3/4" wrench.

We have been running them since they came out and they plan out work and rock!! Add to it they do double as a quick detach for the cans.

Great system great brakes, and cans.

Team Blaster highly recommends them!
