Surgeon action in a AI AX folding chassis, 16 inch bbl, threaded 5/8 x24, weight is right at 11 lbs.
Rifle will ship ffl to ffl, payment via check, postal mo, discrete PP, shipping is included in the price.
While I don't have a firm round count, there is a pic of the bolt, doesn't look like a lot of rounds went through the action
