Surgeon Rifles..... ?

Placed a parts order with Surgeon Rifles over a week ago. No type of verification from them, their website says "processing", no reply to 4 emails and no one answers the phone... straight to voice mail. Should I look for my parts elsewhere? Thanks, Hobo

I have no time or patience to give my hard earned money to companies that are non-responsive, I am far from a squeaky wheel and I don't abuse warranties, CS, etc. But, if I am going to drop a large amount of coin on a product I will spend it at companies that respect the fact that consumers have more choices than ever before and appreciate the business.

Here is the email I received late this afternoon:

Mr. ______

I wanted to reach out to you and let you know that the short action bottom metals are currently on back order. We are expecting to have all orders for the bottom metals filled shortly. I would like to thank you for your patience while we handle this delay.

I'm an "Old Guy", Old School ....... Why was I not told when I placed the order, over a week ago, that they were Back Ordered. Personally, I don't do "Back Orders"... A supplier could have a remarkable product. If I can't get it in my hand, it's a mirage.

Moving on to the next supplier with it in stock.

Yea I got a email from Corey as well. It seems no matter what product you want to purchase is on backorder. Someone should look in the window at Surgeon to see if anyone is even working there.
