Precision Rifle Gear Swapping swivel and picatinny mounts on Harris Bipods?

Hello,

I ordered a 6-9 Harris bipod and mistakingly selected the swivel variant.

I have a 9-13 Harris bipod with the picatinny mount.

Is it possible to simply swap the Harris picatinny body/mount to the 6-9 legs on the swivel bipod?

Look for an adapter would be easiest solution...pic rail with sling swivel stud. Have one on my LR 308

Shouldn't be a problem, or you can buy an aftermarket clamp to directly replace the swivel clamp.

Harris swivel bipods come apart easily by removing the nut inside the tension knob. I think it takes a 3/8 socket. Try swapping the parts.
