I've got all three, each has its place .... tripod mounted 15's are for spotting targets and most PRS/NRL match use..... 12's are for hunting and the 10's get used at CD spot in the clock matches like Steel Safari.
If only going to be used on tripod, 15x slc. If handheld is possible, 10x. I don’t have much use for 12x. It’s a little too much hand held and not enough on a tripod.
Also, except for the el range, I’ve never found the EL’s worth the price over the slc.
I don't own any Swaro's, but S and S Archery has an article/blog/other about the differences between the SLCs and ELs. Seems like it boils down to SLCs are better in low light and are ~$800 less and the ELs are better in terms of color fidelity and ~$800 more. Might be worth reading.
What are the best hunting binoculars from Swarovski? The EL's or the SLC's? And what are the differences between the two? We look at these to powerhouse binoculars and let you decide.

I know it wasn't one of your choices, but I have the Leica HD-B 2200's that I've been happy with. You can find lightly used ones pretty cheap, especially with the folks wanting to upgrade to the "latest & greatest" released this year at shot - just something to consider.
Since your title says for matches I’d recommend the 15x SLC or meopta meostar 15x if one using one optic.
personally I use a tripod mount with 10x meopta meostar (these are insanely good Binos for the money and compare to swaros) and a swaro 20-60 spotter on the same arca rail. It’s heavy and overkill most the time but will go anything a pair of 15x Binos will do AJ more especially when you get out to 1000+ yards. It’s the difference between seeing a hit and where on the plate you hit. The 10x is nice for stages with multiple target far apart like PRS skill stages and shoot houses.
basically what I’m saying is one optic get 15x Binos. If you plan on two like my set up eventually get 10x Binos to start while you save up for a spotting scope.
