As a little background, a local store had 4 of these in stock for decent prices. I picked all of them up and sold them here at good prices. I function tested each one before sending them out, and noticed that there was a difference in brightness from unit to unit. The one I kept for myself turned out to be particularly dim. I thought it was the battery, but I replaced it and it made no difference. So, now I have one that is particularly dim. Unfortunately, this one was an open box unit, so I have no warranty paperwork or anything.

Any of you dealers that sell these know something I don't? Suppose I could get a hold of Swaro, see if they can offer any help.

Thanks,

-Bob

I would call Swarovski, there CS bent over backwards for me when a had the reticle in a PH 1.5x6 go south just before a hunting trip. I too have a a pair of laser guides but havent any problems, maybe it's the prisim alignment?

+1 I had a similar problem with mine, their CS is AWSOME, they will fix it for free and send you out a "loaner" to use in the meantime. Ask for Dawn

In digging through online text, I see that it has that feature, so perhaps something is wrong there. I'll give them a call, it just sucks that I don't have a serial number, because they put it on the box and not on the unit. I know that it was an in store demo, but still isn't "used" in that it was never sold.

they do tend to be a little dim at times, particularly on very bright days. i just covered the object when i had an issue when it was very sunny and was g2g

Just talked to Pam at Swarovski, great customer service they have! I actually need to ship it to Austria (ugh) but they are willing to ship me a loaner in the meantime. Nice!
