Rifle Scopes Swarovski z3 3x10x42 BRH

I am interested in this scope for a 7mm08 hunting rifle.During my search I have seen some good reviews but some say that the swarovski scopes may have issues with durability. I like to hear what the good folks here say.

Really? Who said that? I have a Z5 thats had zero problems.

never heard that before, I have used them for 15 plus years. banged the shit out of them on hunts and rocks, never had a issue with any of them. I have 3 running right now and love them all.

I just put a Swarovski Z3 3X10X42 BRH on a Sako 75 270 that was lights out for hill country Texas deer with a Zeiss Conquest in roughly the same power. I made this change because of it being of higher quality compared to the Zeiss. This, of course, was due to its clarity compared to the Zeiss. I hope that I am not unhappy with the results. I have yet to re-sight the rifle in and anticipate better results...I hope...

Thanks for the replies. I have always heard great things about Swarovski and just wanted to check out every detail. I am a big fan of the NF scopes but was not planning on buying another one for this particular rifle and this swarovski seems like it would be a good fit.

If you step up to the 4-12 Z3 you can option the Ballistic Turret, i have it on my Z5 and it makes quick elevation changes from 100 to 500m a snap.

I have been really happy with the Swarovski Z3 3-10x42mm w/ the BRH. The glass is everything you want, the durability is there, and they are light. I have one a my Sako 7-08 and it work great.

Is the glass on this model etched or wire reticle?
