Rifle Scopes SWFA 10x42 clearance on rem 700

What height rings are required to clear the receiver of a 700 with a SWFA 10x42 with rear focus?

i used lows on a 20x supersniper and a #8 sheilin barrel and was fine

I have mine on lows with more than enough room, varminter barrel and a 20moa base (which brings the bell closer to the barrel.)

Depending on what base your running low is your best option,The only base i can think of right off the top of my head is warne maxima 2 piece base these are made very low.

Since different manufacturers have variation in their definition of "low", I should be more specific. So .82" shouldn't give me clearance problems on a 700P action? My rifle came with a flat rail base, but I will likely switch to a 20MOA later, as most of the local ranges only go to 100 yards.

.82 should be fine. mine was on a usa 20 moa base and i believe uso lows are .99 and i had clearance.

this is the best pic i have i dont have the ss anymore but this should give you a idea

im pretty sure you will be fine with anyones lows

I received an email back a few days after the initial inquiry, but found some .92" rings that were ready to ship. Since it was easy to see clearance with the .99" rings above, I figured .92" should be well suitable. Thanks for all of your help!
