Swfa 12x Bino w/reticle?

Im not sure what to make of these binos. For me they sound like a good match I will be primarily using them for spotting shots and looking at COF at our small local matches. I don't have the $$$ to play with the big dogs so I'm curious what other people think of these binos.

Any info would be great thanks.

Not familiar with the SWFA's, however, we have some DemoSteiner T1042r 10x42 Binocular with SUMR Milliradian Ranging Reticle reduced from $649.99 to only $399.99
