Rifle Scopes SWFA ring heights?

Any one know the heights of the low and medium rings?

When I called last week I was told

Low = .25"
Med = .50"
Hig = 1.00"

Some confirmation from SWFA would be nice though.

I was trying to get an answer tonight. I am trying to get some rings by the weekend. Might just have to get both.
