Switch Barrel Build Stock Options

I run MPA chassis. We have a McMillian as well but shoot the MPA. I use the TL3 bighorns with shouldered barrels. It's great to switch everything out in 3 minutes. MPA uses the V bed system. Cadex is prolly a better bedded system using a roller bed design or something like that. Chad from LRI once talked about it.
In my opinion, a chassis type system is better if changing barrels frequently. The purpose of bedding an action is to create a perfect mating of the action to the stock. My thinking is that in a switch barrel system, removing the barrelled action to switch barrels could cause damage to the bedding over time. My switch barrels are used in a Manners mini-chassis. YMMV
This was my thinking, but just wanted to confirm it. Are you happy with the use of the mini chassis for this purpose?
I switch barrels with a nut. Also switch out complete barelled actions in a couple of Manners mini chassis. I like a stock and mine are excellent.
When I initially had a switch-barrel built and put into a mini-chassis, I was shooting a bedded rifle and accuracy was a concern. Upon receiving the Manners stock and shooting the mini-chassis, I could not see any difference in accuracy, at least that I could shoot. I also have a rifle built by Jon Beanland in a Whiskey 3 that shoots just as well as either of the other two rifles so any thoughts I had about performance with bedded rifles vs chassis or mini-chassis have been dismissed. I would not hesitate recommending a mini-chassis and have ordered another Manners stock for an ELR switch-barrel build I've started and I am confident it will perform as expected.

Yeah it does mate, thanks for the info, it's also helped me decide who's going to build it.
I use a Manners T3 stock with mini chassis for my switch barrel and it works great. Pop it out and switch barrels and then torque it back down. Simple and no issues. I don;t see an issue with a properly pillar bedded stock either as the bedding should be strong enough and the pillars would stop any compression of the bedding.
