Hey guys, so I'm looking at an AXMC long action, but I got to thinking, with the WTO switch lug and various actions out there is there a possible combination that would allow me to have a switch barrel set up to shoot .223, .308, 6.5 creed, and 300WM? I'm interested in those specific calibers first and foremost.
I don't really reload anymore so picking those calibers for factory ammo availability as well as commonality.

Any opinions and advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

Better to have it and not need it, than to not have it and say oh shit.....

Running a long action may be an issue for the .223 as far as feeding but I can't say for sure since I haven't tried it. I had a switch barrel built by RWS Gunsmithing using a defiance action, 3 bolts and all short action rounds. .223 AI, .22-250 AI and 6.5 saum are the barrels he spun up for me. I know it isn't quite as good as the 300 win mag but what about running a 300 wsm and getting ammo from Copper Creek? That would get you into the setup a lot cheaper than an AXMC. I did that build over the DTA or AXMC but ended up with a Desert Tech anyways.
