I have never fondled a Tac A1, but I would assume there is a recoil lug. You will need one with the MPA. My CTR had one and I want to say that it worked with the KRG X-Ray, but I don't remember as it's been a while since I've had it apart.
check with MPA. The recoil lug may already be integrated into their stock. My stock with an aluminum bedding block has the recoil lug machined in place from the manufacturer. No need for the factory lug.
I’ve never had my car apart... How difficult is this? Or should I say how easy is it to screw up in someway? I was thinking that if I tried to do it and put it into a KRG I would end up screwing the accuracy of the gun or something up in someway. Thoughts?

Torque to 65 in lbs and be done. The MPA captures the whole front area of the receiver and does not have a recoil lug like the stock does, but it is solid.
