Not by choice, but i'm down to my last 500 bullets for my 6.5 x 47 lapua and unable to find Berger 140 Hybrids... Figured better get load development going before I run out.

Who's ran 150 SMK's in a 6.5 x 47?

Previous Load with the 140's
H4350 - 39 gr
Seated 0.010 off lands
Consistently had 1/4-1/2" groups and sub 10 SD's

Barrel is 28" Shilen Select match 4 groove 1-8 twist

I am currently listening to The Every Day Sniper Podcast, episode 4, and Frank just said you're better better off running something like a 123 Scenar or a 130 that is faster and flatter than running the heavy 150, especially in the 6.5x47.

have you tried the 140g noslers RDFs or the 140g ELDMs...the 140g noslers shot ok in my 47 and the ELDMs shot great but i to prefer the bergers.
the ELDMs have a long barring surface and take up to much space in my case as my reamer is only .100 freebore or id be shooting them.
i think the 150s are just to heavy for the 47 plus they are calling for a 1/7.5 twist barrel.
