Switchlug long and short action calibers?

I am intrigued by the switch lug setup by West Texas Ordnance.

Is it possible to setup a long action and short action caliber together.

Would it be possible to do a 6.5 PRC than could switch to a .300 Norma?

I think Cadex makes a chassis that has changeable mag wells, so it's possible to make a rifle that'll go from Lapua magnums down to Short action calibers.

Main problem is feeding Short action rounds in LA receivers is the bottom metal.
