Not really.
If you've purchased anything online, or filled out a registration form for a website, most of the pertinent info should have been already cached in your web browser. Name, address, CC info, etc. Pretty much type the first character, then accept the auto-fill. Check the boxes for the non-generic stuff i.e. equipment category, shooter classification, and then fill in the non-generic stuff like birth year, NRA ID#. Takes about 30 seconds, maybe a little more.
The way the phone number was already pre-populated kind of screwed with a lot of people, as it kept the browser from auto-filling that field like it should have, which then kicked it back and people had to start over. While I won't disagree that that part could have been done more smoothly, it's considerably better than last year.
There's been some discussion about other ways to do it besides essentially a shotgun start, which is basically what they have now. There are some good ideas out there, but most either involve more work for the match staff, or changes to PractiScore.
