Took a healthy dose of 162 a max to the Chest via Browning Micro Medallion 7-08
Nice. Looks like a big bodied mountain buck.
She took him in the Beartown Wilderness Area

I've hunted in that area before with no luck. There is some rough terrain in there. There was a lost coon hunter near that area last year and it wasnt fun looking for him. He finally made it out to a road and we got to go home.
That makes it an even better buck since it was on public land.

She was in her stand, The wilderness area is in view of our Kitchen window. she is setting right at 2 miles (GPS) from the Razor there and had a good chunk of the drag behind her when i caught up. Normally we pack them out from that area, but she took him at daylight so she field dressed him and started dragging, said she knew i would catch up for lunch.
