Deja Vu
Browsing gunbroker after checking the status of my listed rifle, came across "Syndicate Tactical" m16 BCGs. They claim to be 100% milspec vanilla good old fashioned BCGs. Just wondering if anyone has heard of them? They're going for $250 and have a few on hand. I "want" one.

that's what I was wondering about. all of these fly-by-night companies, some putting out quality, some, shit. A friend at a local gun store said some guy came in peddling pot metal gas blocks that would blow up after 2-300 rounds. not good. mad face.

Never heard of them before your post. As previously noted...stick with a mfg with a proven track record (especially for a $250 BCG).

While I understand not wanting to pay through the nose for a simple BCG, there are plenty of carrier groups out there now for prices not far off the $250 ones you are looking at on GB. Check in on the BARFCOM EE. There are multiple, mil-spec, quality carrier groups from reputable mfgs just on the first page of the new, upper receivers/parts section alone for similar prices as to what you are looking at paying for a no-name. Buy once...cry once!

I know it's an old thread, but...

For what it's worth, I built a .204 Ruger with a Syndicate Tactical BCG.

I didn't use the bolt that it came with, but the rest of the assembly has held up fine for the 400-500 rounds I've put through it.
