Table top tri pod

I just recently purchased a Vortex Razor spotting scope and wanted some,suggestions on the good table top tripod with a swivel base. Looked at the RRP stuff but not sure what the correct mount would be. Suggestions would be great.

We have good table top tripods with ball heads that swivel and you can upgrade the head to fluid ball heads that swivel.

Following so I can get with the times lol.

I'm using my M49's tripod (the M15 Tripod) for my MK4 spotting scope. I replaced the metal clamp with a 1" nylon synch strap to keep it secure and so I can switch between my M49 and my MK4. It is an awesome tripod but I'm also looking to find a solid and compact tabletop tripod for it. Ideally, it would accept the QD plates so I can swap between it and my shooting tripod.

...That and I think my spotter is tried of me living in the past.

Cool, glad I shared.
The picture doesn't show how I ran and secured the strap at below the tripod's saddle, but I have it set up so that when you unstrap the optic, the strap doesn't just fall from the tripod and stays with it. I kind of just dug through a bunch of spare buckles and straps in the garage and improvised.
