I'd like to share with you guys the newest addition to my addiction.... I mean collection.

I just received it and promised Mike I'd get a few pics posted.
This rifle was spec'd out by myself and the guys at Tactical Operations came through.

Rem 700 SA/RH .308
Krieger 1/10tw 4 groove SS M40 Contour barrel threaded w/ protector finished at 25 1/4"
TAC OPS Recoil lug
McMillan A1 Textured & painted by TAC OPS w/ TAC OPS Stock pack
Jewell trigger with safety & bolt release set at 1lb
TAC OPS Bottom Metal
TAC OPS (2 piece) Scope Bases
TAC OPS Bolt Handle
All metal finished for TAC OPS by Birdsong
TAC OPS did include a set of Leupold Mk4 Rings which turned out to be too tall, but I will send them back for a lower set also to be finished by Birdsong.

Mounted up a brand new out of the box USO SN3 3.2-17x44 30mm Black GAP Reticle EREK 1/10 US#3 1/10 sitting in LOW 30mm Seekins rings.

Pay close attention to the test target and thanks for looking!

WOW! I have not seen a Tac Ops M40A1, I am very impressed! Congrats on the new rig, keep us up to speed on how it shoots. Nice rifle.

I'm using the term "group" very loosely, as it's really more of a "hole".

Shit, that's an awesome rifle - can't believe the test target! I've got a Tango51 and an Echo51, and these pics still make me want more. Just spectacular rifles, congrats to you!

Thanks guys! I did update the post with a few things. I will get pics of the bottom metal and some group pics using Southwest Ammunition 175gr ammo.

Mike shot that group shown and I've got no idea what he used for support. I do know he used a Premier 5-25.
I did shoot some tight ass 5 shot groups prone with a Harris bi-pod.

Mike uses a front rest with a sandbag and a "rabbit ear" sandbag in the back for certifying his rifles.

No. Mike Rescigno NEVER shoots from a vice. He uses a simple front rest and a small sandbag up front, and a "rabbit ear" rear bag. Mike uses the same setup to certify the accuracy of all Tac Ops rifles.

All Tac Ops rifles are guaranteed to shoot .25 MOA or better at 100 yards using Federal Gold Medal Match (factory) ammunition, although Mike almost always does the accuracy testing and certifications at 110 yards, which is the range distance at the LASD SEB Headquarters.

All Tac Ops rifles and suppressors are built-to-order so you'll have to call and speak with Mike Rescigno directly. Call Mike Rescigno's office and leave a message the receptionist with your full name, Hide' name, telephone number, and state that you'd like to discuss build specifics and pricing with Mike Resigno and Mike will get back to you.

Please do not call repeatedly without leaving a message. Mike is extremely busy building rifles and suppressors most of the time (where he belongs), and you rarely - if ever, catch him in the office. TIA.

Nice shooting and photos <span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-style: italic">OutlawTen5</span></span>. Not only is the Birdsong "color" pretty accurate, but the <span style="font-style: italic">chamferred, soft edges</span> on the receiver and recoil lug and the Tac Ops bottom metal can be seen too.
