Are you running your Tac Table directly mounted to your tripod or mounted to a ball head or similar device?

If you have tried both methods, which one had a smaller wobble zone?

I suspect direct mount has a smaller wobble zone but the difference is acceptable to most in order to achieve the additional flexibility that a ball head (or similar) gives you when lining up to your target (i.e. easier to adjust the ball head than tripod legs).

Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

I'm assuming you are using the tac table to put a bag on. And then either shoot off the bag like a barricade. Or using it as rear support and either a bag or bipod up front.

If so, I'd be surprised if using proper fundamentals if one would see a difference in having a bullhead or not under the plate.

This is assuming quality equipment like RRS and such.

Nice to have a ball mount for shooting off things like roof etc.
