love the tac 2. I regret ever selling my lrs2. just FYI, I had Murphy Precision build me a custom rear extended scope.base off of my factory base and it solved the only problem I ever had with the rifle. it will let you mount your scope WAY lower, and he added a 20moa cant. just food for thought

Thanks for the advise. I will eventually get a Larue mount and another Night Force scope for this rifle and will see how that works out. So far, I have a pretty nice sight picture with the current set up.

Very nice rigs!!! Now not trying to sound dumb, what is the one on the bottom? It look's like a mod700 bolt handle but I've haven't seen the rest of it before...

It is MDT TAC21 chassis and a Remington 700 Varmint SF .308.
I put a nice 2.5 lb. Timney Trigger in it and put a Night Force scope on it with a LaRue mount. Had it painted by a guy up in Oregon.
