Decided I'd like to go a little lighter on my shorter .308 so the daughter can manipulate it better.
Earlier mfg. TACMOD chassis with the round tube forend, folding stock with AR buffer tube interface and Ergo deluxe grip. It's been Cerakoted in Sniper Grey, but has a couple of rough textured patches as shown.
Will also include a carbon fiber tube forend that is just a hair shorter than the factory and saves some weight. Single rail slot on bottom for a bipod, no side or top rail provision like the aluminum. Uses the same hardware to mate up, so you'll have to undo a couple of allen screws and move the rail over.
Weighs 6lb 2oz with the carbon forend installed with the single rail.
