would like something 4,5, or 6 X on low end and 18-24 on top end,,FFP and knobs and reticle match,,

6-24 Viper PST
6-24 Sightron SIII

about the only scopes with features I want that is less than a grand

I need some guidance on this,,the more elevation the better but I can get by with it as long as it has around 70 moa on the knobs,

thanx again for any advice

weaver 3-15 edmr is giving up a little power on the top end but has alot of adjustment. euro optic had bushnell hdmr 3.5-21 with tremor 2 reticle for 900 if they are not gone yet. thats why i have one.

I agree on the Weaver 3-15x EMDR. Good choice for the $. Two of my buddies use them
I wouldn'tl look at a bushnell hdmr. I wouldn't look at an optic with no illum.
I wouldn't use a Horus reticle in anything. I prefer a mil dot/hash with reticle lines thick enough to see in adverse conditions.

I had the 3-15 Weaver and the elevation knob broke off and sent it in for repairs and they sent ot back with all kinds of trash on the inside lens surface,,sent it back again and they refunded my entire purchase price and I got the 4.5-14 LRT and had M1 knobs added ,,looking to upgrade to FFP and matching turrets and reticles,, and something around 20X

with some recent purchases I am gonna have to save up a few weeks or sell something first,,I would have never thought about a Bushnell scope,I guess old habits and reputations are hard to break,,I like the looks of the reticle, but I dont think there is anywhere around I could look through one but have used a couple Vortex,,I know for a grand there has to be some trade offs or NF and USO wouldnt be selling scopes for 2 and 3 times as much,,but I also know after a certain point it takes a lot of money for a little performance gains,,

how does the Bushnell glass stand up against the Leupold LR/T I have been using
