Looking to pick one up I think.

@WhereNow&How I been reading some of your posts and I think you posted a picture with one with filter removed obviously throwing a lighthouse beam at 1k.

I'm trying to light up ipsc size steel at 1k for cnvd and in and am gathering this is the illuminator to get that job done I think. Is this doable for the elir3?

Thanks

Yes. The Luna ELIR-3 is what you seek. It will easily get the job done and the x and y adjustments make it such that it is easy to align with you point of aim. An added bonus is they run very well on rechargeable RCR 123 batteries.

I have the Luna ELIR with my cheap SightMark Wraith and even with that cheap scope the Luna makes a world of difference. Luna also offers a remote switch but for $100 it looks pretty cheap with just heat shrink tube around connection points, they also offer a Surefire pressure switch adapter which might be a much better way to go.

Are there any hide vendors that sell them?
Would be good to know as I could not find one when I was looking. BH Photo has them and the accessories as well, that's where I'd look if you can't find a Hide vendor
