Has the parallax binding issue in Spuhr mounts been resolved on the 5-25's?

Torque them at 15in lbs and you'll be fine.

No it has not. The scope design and mount design have not changed

Concur with Jorge...15 in/lbs has always been plenty for me.

And center the turrets in the mount. If you need to jam the scope forward, you should be looking at a cantilever mount... or increasing your rifle’s LOP.
