Where is the best place to buy a pretty good Manual Tap and Die set. I am looking to get a set for my father. Doesnt have to be spectacular. He is not a machinist just a piddler. H just wonted a set in case he needed them.

If you are talking about standard sae and or metric screw threads MSC, Enco or even NAPA will have what you need. If you are looking for the smaller fine pitch screw threads commonly associated with gunsmithing I would check Brownells or Midway
