Night Vision TAPS (standard) Question

Looked around a lot and can't find the answer so deferring to the collective group.

Are the leads to the TAPS (standard) assignable? I know I can just flip it around but the pictures show it to be a bit asymmetric. Would prefer leads back and white light being back button to protect from NLD. Thoughts?

I am looking for a dual switch to run light OR laser. Not looking for both at once (So no SYNC). The PRO is discontinued, but I believe had assignable leads.

Waiting for a combination Hot Button (Laser) & Modlite Lite (Surfire) switch combo.

I’m not sure how many Real Estate/Slots on a pic rail the two would need? If anyone knows....? Thanks

They would be “designated,” wouldn’t they? Individually working the devices independently with the Hot Button (Laser) and Mod Lite switch (Surefire) configuration?

I like that there's innovation happening with pressure switches but to me the taps or taps sync don't do anything (other than handle the high power 18650 lights better supposedly) that I can't set up standard switches to do...

When they make a flat and long surefire switch that I can tape to the 4:30 and double tap for constant on, I'll be all over it.
